Ms. Ruba 17P is a well bred female.  Her sire Freedom (pictured below), is a direct son of Red SSS Bomber 907G, an own son of the great Boomer bull of SSS Red Angus.  The Bomber 907G bull was one of the most predominant sires used at Jackson Cattle Co. and left a legacy in the females he produced.  The dam of Freedom is JCC Yonsottu 38F, who was shown very successfully and was flushed numerous times for the overseas market.

17P's dam, Ms Ruba 7H,(pictured below) was an outstanding producer.  She was Agribition Calf Champion and Reserve Senior Champion at Agribition with 17P at her side in 2004.  17P herself was Junior Yearling Champion at Agribition in 2005 and Grand Champion as a yearling in the Junior Beef Extreme, an all breeds competition at Agribition in 2005.
